Nutrition assessment, counseling and meal planning


I do a comprehensive initial assessment to identify barriers, and then work with the client to create solutions to overcome these, as well create long term goals.

This is followed by recommendations for dietary changes as well as practices to create more awareness in their daily lives to help lead healthier and more meaningful lives.

Some of the recommendations / treatment plans include:

  • Customized meal plans
  • Cooking Lessons
  • Simple and delicious recipes (depending on the client’s needs)
  • Daily morning and evening routines
  • Exercise/being in nature
  • Yoga
  • Meditation and mindfulness based practices for stress management
